This policy describes how Revseam handles personal information in connection with revseam.com and inquiries about our services.

Information we receive

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, company and project details. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential customer data in an initial inquiry.

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and security events to deliver and protect the website.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, arrange conversations and discuss or deliver services you request. Technical information supports website delivery, security and troubleshooting. We may also use information where needed to meet legal obligations or address misuse.

Service providers and sharing

We use Cloudflare for website hosting, security and email forwarding, and Google Gmail to receive and manage messages. These providers process information in connection with those services and may process it outside your province or country, where different laws may apply. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed with your consent or where required or permitted by law.

Cookies and external services

This website does not include advertising pixels, marketing analytics, embedded scheduling tools or contact forms. It does not set application cookies or use browser storage. Cloudflare may use technical security mechanisms when necessary to protect the service. Email links open your own email application, whose provider's practices also apply.

Retention and protection

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, maintain a related business relationship and meet legal obligations. Retention of provider-managed technical records is also subject to the provider's practices. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask about our handling of your information, request access or correction, or request deletion or withdraw consent where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also raise a concern with the privacy regulator that has jurisdiction.

Service engagements

If an engagement involves access to your systems or processing data on your behalf, the relevant agreement will address those arrangements. This website policy does not replace that agreement.
